Back to New York!

Greenwich Town took up most of our duration on Thursday. We did the Murry’s bagels, then readily took the subway to the town, where we walked around Washington Quadrilateral and equiangular Park, NYU’s campus, and the cute lanes of the vicinity. We went to Peanut Butter & Co. for in fact filling sandwiches. I got the Elvis: grilled peanut butter, honey, and banana. They present peanut butter everything and shaky straws for your milk! We took our full stomachs over to the Brooklyn Span with a bridge, where we walked across. I don’t ponder I ever appreciated the science of building until I was actually on it, looking through the pendency wires and onto the cityscape. We followed the Brooklyn stroll down to the waterfront, where we relaxed and watched the boats go by. We got the good in the highest degree pizza at Grimaldi’s, not crooked under the bridge. The area was crowded beyond persuasion - so we knew it was going to be feigned. We caught the subway abode to Chelsea.

Friday might rightful have been our busiest day. We woke up walked several blocks East, ended the Flat Iron Construction to the 6 train. We rode that up to the museum tract of the Upper East Side. We first visited the Guggenheim. I certainly was going for the buildings decorative building-art- a good being since the exhibit wasn’t merit it. The coolest part was at the access (see the picture of the cascading cars) you don’t even extremity to pay to see it! After the Guggenheim, we walked southern along the park to The Plaza. The inn has got to be one of the most magnificent places I’ve been. I have a very great wish of having the ingress way chandelier! We waited in extended mark to be seated for tea - everyone before us was turned absent- and then shocked when we were seated… childish “adults” you should see through to make reservations! Tall Tea was fabulous and excellence every penny. We both ordered pots of the Apple Taste Tea- it proved a immense choice. Plates of mini sandwiches, scones, produce, and pastries later we were stuffed. The most good part was the passion production tart, I list I could order boxes of them… alas I cannot. After the Plaza we walked boreal to The Met. We went through a lot of exhibits at The Met, but it would take a full day to go through them all. Highlights included Grecian armor (out and out with nipples), Egyptian Fane, the mural of Versailles, and all the recent art. We took a lamplight stray about through the park back to the Upper Occident Side, and took the 1 back place of abode to Chelsea.
